Ingredients:
One Can Cinnamon Rolls – 8 Rolls or more (with icing)
2 Tbls Butter
¼ c. Brown Sugar
tsp Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Grease 6 cups of a muffin tin.
Cut each cinnamon roll into 8 or 9 pieces. Separate the pieces into the 6 muffin tin cups. Once all the pieces are in the cups, press them together firmly so they don’t fall apart.
Bring the butter, brown sugar, and milk to a boil in a small sauce pan. Stir until smooth and combined. Pour the mixture over each of the muffins.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until puffed up and cooked through.
Cool the muffins for a minute before removing from the pan. It’s helpful to run a knife around the outside of each muffin to help release it.
Last, drizzle icing over the top of each muffin.
