Usually, I have to come up with dinner ideas. I get blank stares when I ask what they feel like eating. I was searching my Pinterest board for dinner ideas and came across a site with 20 different "dump chicken" recipes. The list can be found here: http://whenthedinnerbellrings.blogspot.com/2011/06/super-easy-way-to-getting-meals-ready.html
I have tried a couple of these recipes already and they are good. Tonight I had to decide between creole chicken and maple glazed chicken. It's not hard to guess which I chose. So below is the recipe.
Creole "Dump" Chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup onion, Chopped 1/4 cup bell pepper 1 garlic clove, minced 14 ounces diced tomatoes (undrained) 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 1 lbs chicken pieces
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350º. 2. Mix all ingredients but the chicken together. 3. Place chicken into a prepared baking dish, and pour sauce over the top.

4. Bake until chicken juices run clear - about 30 minutes depending on size of chicken breasts. The end result looks something like this:

I promise it tastes a lot better than it looks and there is Chicken under all of the vegetables. I hope you enjoy it!
